Aaron Lennon injured again

Burnley winger Aaron Lennon has undergone surgery on a knee and will be out of the team for quite some time. This has been revealed by the winger manager Sean Dyche who said that the player will be missing out some important game of the season.

This will be a disappointment for Aaron Lennon as he was having a great season with Burnley. Indeed he has played in most of their Premier League games this season and has been quite successful since arriving from Everton.

Sean Dyche said that it is hard news for the club as they were counting on Lennon for the upcoming fixtures and that they will have to find a way to cater to his absence. He said that the former Tottenham and Everton player was an important member of the team and that his absence will be missed.

However, he admitted that there are some other young players that can fill the gap and he believes that this is an opportunity for them to show what they can do. He said that the club will also assess the situation and may make a move during the transfer window if the right player comes their way.

He said that it has been a difficult start to the season for Burnley but they have managed to rediscover their form in recent games. He said that it is important that they continue to work hard and make sure that they improve their form. He said that it is still a long way to the end of the season and that there are plenty of things that can happen.

He said that for now, they do not have a date for the return of Aaron Lennon and that they will have to wait for an update from the medical department.
